Tussen de groene Umbrishe heuvels, met blik op het Trasimenomeer en vlakbij de belangrijksteToeristische bezienswaardigheden, biedt Agriturismo „Il Giardino“ een weldaad van rust. De Agriturismo bevindt zich halverwege de heuvels rond Tuoro sul Trasimeno, precies daar waar Hannibal in 217 v.c.in de beroemde slag om Trasimeno het Romeinse leger een enorme nederlaag toebracht. Er is een route van deze bloedige historische gebeurtenis vitgezet die u helemaal kunt volgen.Als gast van Il Giardino kunt u kennismaken met de tipisch agrarische biologische produkten, zoals olifolie wijn, en een keur aan groenten.De appartamenten  in de kleinschalige Agriturismo bevinden zich in een oud boerenhuis, dat ook door de eigenaren wordt bewoond.De inrichting is landelijk en voorzien van alle comfort met een complete keuken,tv,een slaapkamer inclusief linnengoed, een douche en sommige hebben air-conditioning.Vanuit het prachtige zwembad (6x12) heeft u een spectaculair uitzicht op de olijfboomgaard en het meer van Trasimeno.Bereikbaarcheid Het strand en het station : 3 km, het dorp Tuoro met zijn Piazza en bar, de bank en levensmiddelen:2,5 km.Perugia 33 km, Assisi 55 km, Cortona Tuscani 8 km, Siena 45km.Montalcino 25 km.

[Immerso nel verde a pochi Km dalle più grandi mete turistiche, l'agriturismo "il giardino" offre la soluzione per chiunque voglia passare le proprie vacanze in completa tranquillità. L'agriturismo è situato a mezza collina nella campagna di Tuoro sul Trasimeno e precisamente nei pressi del luogo dove si dice che sia avvenuta la famosa Battaglia del Trasimeno che vide i romani essere sconfitti da un abile stratega di nome Annibale nel 217 a.C.[...]
